A rather formal portrait of a staff Christmas party in the 1940s. The hats are far more elaborate than modern paper hats! Traffic Manager, Ernest Osborn (extreme left), H Orme White (extreme right). Mr Osborn started career on Sheffield Trams and later came with Orme White from the Provincial company at Grimsby to work at Hoeford.
